Braised Beef & Bone Marrow Pie — 9 inch

Chuck, short ribs, and beef cheeks braised with onions, mushrooms, parsnips, red wine and thyme in a rich beef sauce. Enclosed in a spelt pie crust with a marrow bone in the centre.

Approximately 1 kg of filling, plus the marrow bone. Serves 4 generously or 6 with sides.
