Country Sourdough Bread. Organic hard red, unbleached, whole wheat, whole rye, whole spelt, levain, grey sea salt and filtered water. Cold fermented anywhere from 28 to 36 hours.
Ingredients: Unbleached bread flour, whole hard red spring, rye, buckwheat, sea salt, water and levain.
