Panforte from Carlo

Made by the ginger baker himself,  this panforte is made with

candied orange and lemon, toasted nuts (hazelnut, walnut, pistachio, almond), cane sugar,  Rosewood’s wildflower honey, ’00’ flour, spices (cinnamon, black pepper, clove, ground cardamom, nutmeg, madagascar vanilla beans) and powdered sugar.
